Details of the Job/Internship
Adani Ports and SEZ is hiring an Associate Manager - Legal with experience of 7–12 years to join their office in Dhamra.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify potential liabilities arising from breaches or non-compliance with statutory provisions in daily operations.
- Assist management in identifying legal risks and limitations within proposed action plans.
- Safeguard the employer's interests during the finalization of agreements with external stakeholders.
- Oversee litigation and dispute management processes at the site level.
- Provide legal advisories and conduct thorough drafting and vetting of various agreements.
- Prepare outward communications and documents that have significant legal implications for the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest legal amendments and industry trends.
- Participate in strategic decision-making by evaluating long-term legal implications.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.).
- 7–12 years of relevant legal experience in a reputable manufacturing or service industry.
- Demonstrated competency in risk assessment and analytical problem-solving.
- Strong ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders through trust and empathy.
- Proficiency in navigating ambiguous situations with conviction and poise.
