Details of the Job/Internship
Amway India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Associate Manager – Legal to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and approve product labels and artworks.
- Ensure legal compliance for labelling and packaging.
- Manage substantiation of claims on labels.
- Support in litigation related to food laws and draft responses to legal notices.
- Evaluate marketing offers, schemes, and promotional content for compliance.
- Advise on legal matters including labor laws, DS rules, environmental laws, and ASCI regulations.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of advertising, consumer, and marketing laws.
- Strong understanding of food laws, Legal Metrology, Drugs & Cosmetics, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Basic knowledge of India’s legal environment and FSSAI compliance.
