Details of the Job/Internship

Amway India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Associate Manager – Legal to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and approve product labels and artworks.
• Ensure legal compliance for labelling and packaging.
• Manage substantiation of claims on labels.
• Support in litigation related to food laws and draft responses to legal notices.
• Evaluate marketing offers, schemes, and promotional content for compliance.
• Advise on legal matters including labor laws, DS rules, environmental laws, and ASCI regulations.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of advertising, consumer, and marketing laws.
• Strong understanding of food laws, Legal Metrology, Drugs & Cosmetics, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Basic knowledge of India’s legal environment and FSSAI compliance.

Salary/Stipend
