Games24x7 is hiring for the position of Associate Manager - Compliance with 4-6 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage statutory filings, documentation, and records related to all applicable labour and employment laws (e.g., Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, CLRA, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act, LWF, Apprenticeship Act, POSH, etc.).
- Monitor and update internal compliance systems to ensure ongoing adherence to labour law requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely compliance across all group entities.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries, especially those related to labour law and POSH.
- Stay current with legal updates and amendments, ensuring timely implementation of changes.
Eligibility
- Experience: 4–6 years in labour law compliance, statutory filings, or regulatory reporting. Experience working with a labour law consultant is a plus.
- Education: Diploma or Certification in Labour Laws or a related field.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of labour laws and hands-on experience with government bodies such as EPFO, ESIC, Labour Commissioner, etc.
