Navi is hiring an Associate Manager II – Compliance to strengthen its compliance framework and ensure regulatory alignment across its operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory updates applicable to Navi (Middle Layer NBFC) and ensure alignment with laws and guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and review compliance policies across the organization.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports for leadership and regulators.
- Support training programs to raise compliance awareness among employees.
- Assist in risk assessments, audits, and investigations to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate communications with regulators and ensure timely submissions of filings and responses.
- Promote a culture of compliance by engaging stakeholders and aligning priorities.
Eligibility
- Advanced degree in Law, CA, or CS preferred.
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and regulatory frameworks, preferably in banking and financial services.
- 3+ years post-qualification experience in compliance, audit, or risk advisory in BFSI.
- Experience handling regulatory inspections or audits is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
