Navi is hiring for the position of Associate Manager II - Compliance with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor evolving regulations applicable to NBFCs and ensure organizational alignment with RBI and other relevant guidelines.
- Design, implement, and regularly update compliance policies, ensuring they reflect current regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and deliver timely reports to internal leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Support internal compliance training programs to raise awareness and embed compliance consciousness across teams.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and internal audits to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Support and participate in internal investigations related to compliance issues; compile clear reports with findings and action items.
- Serve as a liaison with regulatory authorities and ensure timely filing of reports, responses, and other documentation.
- Champion a culture of integrity and compliance by aligning internal stakeholders on key priorities and fostering transparent communication.
Eligibility
- Advanced degree in Law, Chartered Accountancy (CA), or Company Secretaryship (CS) preferred.
- Solid understanding of Indian financial regulatory frameworks; hands-on knowledge of RBI regulations is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Banking & Financial Services within compliance, risk, or audit functions.
- Experience managing regulatory inspections, audits, or interactions with regulatory bodies is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to assess complex issues and develop actionable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex regulatory concepts with clarity.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
