Details of the Job/Internship

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) is hiring for the position of Associate Manager - Land Legal with 8-10 years of experience to join their office in Mandvi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Land Acquisition & Due Diligence
• Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisitions and prepare comprehensive Title Search Reports.
• Examine land titles, ownership rights, title deeds, and all connected documents.
• Conduct physical and personal inspections of land parcels to validate claims.
• Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to land and statutory authorities.
• Manage approvals and clearances including CLU, diversion, conversion, and acquisition of government/forest land.
• Knowledge of Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, NA charges, and Circle Rate calculations.
• Project Finance Support
• Provide legal assistance in security creation and land registration as required by lenders.
• Liaise with lenders’ counsel to satisfy due diligence and funding requirements.
• Documentation & Contract Management
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents including Sale Deeds, Agreements to Sell, Power of Attorney, Lease Deeds, MoUs, Term Sheets, SPAs, and other contracts.
• Litigation & Legal Support
• Manage legal disputes, including preparation of plaints, written statements, affidavits, and court documentation.
• Handle FIR filings, coordinate with police and administrative departments, and manage bail procedures.
• Oversee litigation at District, High Court, and Supreme Court levels.

Eligibility

• Experience: 8–10 Years
• Qualification: LLB (Bachelor of Laws)

Salary/Stipend
