Borderless Access is hiring for the position of Associate Manager - Legal and Compliance with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Contract Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts, MSAs, and MoUs with clients, vendors, and partners in the market research ecosystem.
- Ensure contractual terms safeguard the company’s legal and commercial interests.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and oversee renewals.
2. Research & Legal Advisory
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide practical guidance to business teams.
- Advise on applicable data protection and privacy laws, recommending compliance measures.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal challenges and mitigate risks.
- Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- 2–4 years of corporate legal experience, ideally in technology, market research, SaaS, or KPO sectors.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property, and local/international data privacy regulations.
