Details of the Job/Internship
Razorpay is hiring an Associate Manager – Legal with 6–7 years of litigation experience to join their team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, legal research, and hearing preparation.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies.
- Monitor litigation progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with external counsel and maintain litigation records.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions.
- Prepare and review legal documents and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, authorities, and external counsel.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Communicate with local authorities in Kannada.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with the State Bar Council.
- 6–7 years of experience in litigation.
- Proficiency in Kannada (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Postgraduate legal degree is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
