Details of the Job/Internship
Tech Mahindra is hiring an Associate Manager – Legal with 5–8 years of experience to manage contracts and negotiations for the APAC region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet IT, ITES, and Technology contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey Contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, and Procurement Agreements.
- Handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, and contracts with OEMs, service providers, subcontractors, and vendors in software licenses, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower.
- Liaise and correspond with clients and internal stakeholders regarding contracts, amendments, extensions, and compliance obligations.
- Safeguard company interests in contractual matters by identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities, and deviations.
Eligibility
- LLB graduate.
- 5–8 years of experience in contracts and negotiations.
- Experience in managing APAC as a region.
- Current or prior experience in the in-house legal team of an IT/ITES company.
