Details of the Job/Internship
PhonePe is hiring an Associate Manager – Litigation with 6–8 years of experience to join their team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases across Consumer Forums, District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitrations.
- Draft and review legal documents including complaints, writs, affidavits, and replies to legal notices.
- Appear before courts/tribunals and coordinate with external counsels.
- Provide legal strategy and opinions on ongoing matters.
- Maintain MIS for litigation and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle legal notices from statutory/regulatory bodies and enforcement agencies.
Eligibility
- LLB degree.
- 6–8 years of experience in litigation.
- Strong knowledge of procedural and substantive laws (Consumer/Civil/Criminal/Commercial).
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
