Details of the Job/Internship
PeepalCo is hiring an Associate Manager – Nodal Officer with 8–10 years of experience to join its office in Bengaluru
Role and Responsibilities
- Liaising with law enforcement agencies and responding to notices under CrPC, PMLA, IT Act, and other applicable laws.
- Building and maintaining relationships with authorities across India, particularly in Karnataka.
- Managing risks related to fraud, impersonation, vandalism, fake websites, and corporate espionage.
- Ensuring asset protection, recovery, and reputation management for the company and key personnel.
- Guiding internal teams on escalations involving law enforcement matters.
- Leading emergency response and crisis management initiatives.
- Extracting and analysing internal data to respond to law enforcement requests.
Eligibility
- 8–10 years of experience in a nodal or legal enforcement role.
- Experience in fintech, banking, telecom, or e-commerce sectors is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BNS, BNSS, PMLA, and the IT Act.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
- LL.B. degree is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership, crisis handling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
