Details of the Job/Internship
Jajabor Brand Consultancy is hiring an Associate Manager – Policy & Public Affairs Communications to support its growing policy advocacy and public affairs practice in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Track and analyse policy, regulatory, and political developments relevant to client mandates.
- Conduct desk research, stakeholder mapping, and issue analysis.
- Prepare internal briefs, talking points, backgrounders, and client-ready notes with recommendations.
- Support development of advocacy narratives and engagement strategies.
- Manage client participation in industry forums, consultations, roundtables, and events.
- Coordinate with industry bodies, event organisers, speakers, and internal teams.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Track deliverables, timelines, dashboards, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure quality control and attention to detail across all outputs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Communications, Media Studies, or related fields.
- Prior experience in a policy consultancy, public affairs firm, communications agency, think tank, industry association, or corporate PA team.
- Familiarity with India’s policy and regulatory ecosystem.
- Strong research, analytical, writing, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
