Manipal Hospitals is looking for candidates for the position of Associate Manager (Legal Contracts).
Role and Responsibilities
- Vetting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, Master Services Agreements, Service Agreement, Statement of Work, Change Requests, NDA and other documents including service agreements, sub-contracts;
- Providing advice to internal stakeholders on various contractual positions and corporate policies by assessing the risk and presenting clear recommendations and mitigations;
- Manage the IPR portfolio of the Group Companies, monitor violations of the Company’s Intellectual Property, apply for new Trademarks and Patents, respond to regulatory notices and communications regarding IP;
- Maintain, monitor and analyzes statutory and regulatory compliance levels across all group hospitals;
- Drafting and vetting notices, pleadings and submissions for medico-legal and commercial litigation;
- Maintain the real estate profile of the Group Companies, conduct title due diligence on proposed real estate acquisitions, maintain trackers and ensure timely renewals of leases, maintain cordial relationship with Lessors, drafting LOIs, Leases, Sale documents and processing their registration;
- Provide required support in due diligence and M&A activities.
Eligibility
Law Graduates with 5 years of experience can apply.
