Details of the Job/Internship
Tech Mahindra is hiring for the position of Associate Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of IT, ITES, and technology contracts, including Master Service Agreements, EPC and Turnkey contracts, Professional Services Agreements, NDAs, and Procurement Agreements.
- Manage legal documentation related to software licenses, cloud services, SaaS, AI tools, hardware, and manpower engagements.
- Handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs, ensuring thorough compliance with applicable terms and legal standards.
- Collaborate with OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors to negotiate and finalize agreements aligned with business objectives.
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients for contract-related communications, including modifications, amendments, and extensions.
- Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and support stakeholders in fulfilling key deliverables.
- Proactively identify legal risks, deviations, and liabilities in contracts, and provide effective mitigation strategies.
- Act as a key legal partner in protecting the company’s interests across all stages of the contract lifecycle.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized institution.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in contract management within the IT/ITES or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of legal and commercial aspects of technology contracts and government procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
