Details of the Job/Internship

ANM Global is hiring an Associate-Media & Entertainment with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating various agreements, including content licensing. production agreements, and distribution and syndication deals.
• Providing legal advice on intellectual property, copyright, and media-related issues.
• Advising clients on regulatory compliance in the media and entertainment industry.
• Managing relationships with key clients, including production houses, music labels, broadcasters, and digital platforms.

Eligibility

• 3+ years of experience in media and entertainment law.
• Expertise in contract drafting, negotiations, and advisory.
• Strong knowledge of IP laws and entertainment industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
