Details of the Job/Internship
Naik Naik & Company is hiring an Associate and a Paralegal for immediate joining at its Mumbai office. The Associate role is focused on Media Non-Litigation work and requires prior post-qualification experience, while the Paralegal role is aligned with litigation support. Both roles involve working closely with the firm’s legal teams across specialised practice areas.
Role and Responsibilities
Associate:
- Handle media non-litigation matters.
- Advise on legal issues relating to production houses, talent, music, AI, sports, and due diligence.
- Manage client relations and support transactional and advisory work.
Paralegal:
- Assist in drafting and legal research.
- Support litigation-related work.
- Assist with article drafting and moot court–related research tasks.
Eligibility
Associate: Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Media Non-Litigation.
Knowledge of production houses, talent, music, due diligence, client relations, AI, and sports-related legal work.
Paralegal: 0–6 months of experience, Knowledge of drafting, legal research, moot court experience, and article drafting.
