Details of the Job/Internship

GGC Legal LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters related to Indirect Tax, specifically GST and Customs.
• Conduct detailed legal research on taxation statutes and case laws.
• Assist in drafting legal opinions, petitions, and responses to tax notices.
• Represent clients and support senior partners in indirect tax litigation.
• Manage case files and track updates in tax regulations and policies.

Eligibility

• Relevant legal background (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Strong research ability and analytical skills.
• Genuine interest in Indirect Tax (GST & Customs).
• Ability to join the firm immediately.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
