Details of the Job/Internship
Acuity Analytics is hiring an Associate-Paralegal (Senior Legal Associate) with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform legal document stewardship for credit agreements on behalf of Golub Capital.
- Review, negotiate, and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Conduct contract abstraction and create concise executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Provide redlining support and document markup for various legal agreements.
- Summarize complex legal documents for easy consumption by internal teams.
- Assist in the end-to-end contract lifecycle management process.
- Maintain and update contract databases and internal tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all legal project requirements are met.
Eligibility
- Possession of an LLB or LLM degree.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong skills in contract review, negotiation, and document redlining.
- Excellent abilities in legal summarization and document abstraction.
- Proficiency in legal document management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Solid knowledge of corporate law and commercial contract structures.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
