Details of the Job/Internship

BananaIP Counsels is hiring for the position of Associate Paralegal with 2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents related to Indian and international patent filings.
• Conduct legal and technical research as required.
• Maintain accurate records and manage IP portfolios.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and IP offices.
• Ensure compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as a paralegal, specifically in IP portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and international patent procedures.
• Excellent communication and research skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCA, BCom, or a related field.

Salary/Stipend
