Details of the Job/Internship

NTT DATA  is hiring for the position of Associate Paralegal to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provides basic legal support to business and/or operations on vanilla engagements and transactions, under the supervision of a more senior member of his/her legal team. 
• Reviews and provides general advice on simple standard agreements such as confidentiality agreements and intercompany agreements or simple legal issues. 
• May make minor customizations to legal terms and conditions in simple standard agreements. 
• May support a Legal Adviser or Legal Manager on legal engagements and transactions. 
• Administers programs and procedures to administer legal policies or help Senior Legal Advisers/Managers to do so. 
• Prepares legal reports on the status of legal matters based on detailed instructions and templates. 
• Performs such legal or semi-legal work as may be assigned and supervised by a senior member(s) of his/her legal team. 
• Drafting of resolutions. 
• Updating Corporate Secretarial Records. 
• Coordinating with Vendors and Consultants. 

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree or diploma or other relevant certifications or qualifications in legal studies or related fields.
