Details of the Job/Internship

Callidus Legal - Corporate and Maritime Consulting/ Advocates & Notary hiring for the position of Associate Partner -Litigation with 5-8 years of experience to join their office in Kochi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala and handle a wide range of litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, writ petitions, and other legal documents with precision.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of advocates and consultants.

Eligibility

• 5–8 years of hands-on litigation experience.
• Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in case management and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven, with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Salary/Stipend

₹50,000–₹60,000 per month
