Details of the Job/Internship

KRIA Law is hiring an Associate Partner with 10+ years PQE to lead and expand the commercial contracts practice.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead complex commercial, IP, privacy (DPDP/GDPR/equivalents), and technology contracts.
Advise on M&A transactions, capital raising, shareholder arrangements, and founder agreements.
Drive negotiations in strategic commercial and corporate transactions.
Provide strategic counsel on corporate structuring, governance, and high-value transactions.
Mentor and grow the commercial contracts team.
Manage key client relationships and support business development.
Deliver practical, innovation-led legal solutions.

Eligibility

10+ years PQE in commercial contracts and corporate advisory.
Experience in M&A, fundraising, shareholder governance, and founder-centric agreements.
Hands-on experience with privacy laws (DPDP/GDPR or equivalents).
Familiarity with IP-driven and technology-focused commercial transactions.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and solutions-oriented mindset.
