RKS ASSOCIATE is hiring an Associate Partner – Operations with 8–12 years of experience to join their office in Nariman Point, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize internal operations including case management, resource allocation, workflows, and administrative functions.
- Implement systems and technology solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Manage financial discipline, budgeting, and profitability tracking.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of 15+ lawyers and administrative staff.
- Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and collaboration.
- Support business development and client relationship initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and represent the firm at events.
- Advise the Founding Partner on firm-wide strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure risk-free, efficient operations.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with valid bar enrollment.
- 8–12 years of experience in legal practice, with at least 3–5 years in management or operations.
- Expertise in dispute resolution or litigation.
- Proven experience managing legal teams, business operations, or law firm units.
- Strong financial, strategic, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
