Details of the Job/Internship

XpressLegal is hiring an Associate Partner with experience of 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Associate Partner will be responsible for providing legal solutions to clients, collaborating with the team and resolving all doibts and wueries of team as well as clients.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM degree from a recognized university. 
• Minimum experience of 5 years of doing title search/ legal reoort/ vetting/ legal audit etc.
• Non Law graduates may also apply with adequate experience in TSR/ LSR for Banks and NBFCs and confident of leading the team and resolving queries and doubts of team as well as clients. 
• Candidate having experience in TSR/ LSR nee only apply, candidate with litigation experience / court experience may execuse pl.
• Candidate from in and around Mumbai need only apply. Knowledge of local laws such ad Mhada/ Cidco/ Midc/ SRA are prerequiste. Candidate must know local language.

Salary/Stipend
