Details of the Job/Internship

Yennuthulaws is hiring an Associate Partner for a full-time, on-site role to join its Hyderabad office. The position involves providing senior-level legal advice, managing client relationships, leading complex matters, and contributing to legal strategy and business development.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and strategic counsel to clients.
• Manage and lead client matters and high-level legal strategy.
• Draft, review, and oversee legal contracts, agreements, and documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and other professionals.
• Maintain strong client relationships with a client-focused approach.
• Participate in business development activities for the firm.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised university.
• Master’s degree or specialisation in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Expertise in corporate law, commercial law, dispute resolution, intellectual property law, employment law, and real estate law.
• Strong drafting skills for contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong strategic, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Familiarity with Indian legal frameworks and practices.
• Experience in handling high-stakes matters is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
