Yennuthulaws is hiring an Associate Partner with relevant experience to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice across various practice areas.
• Lead and manage client cases.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals.
• Maintain a client-focused approach.
• Participate in business development activities.

Eligibility

• Expertise in corporate law, commercial law, dispute resolution, intellectual property law, employment law, and real estate law.
• Proficiency in drafting contracts and legal documents.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Familiarity with Indian legal frameworks and practices; experience with high-stakes matters preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); master’s degree or specialization is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
