Details of the Job/Internship
A leading law firm is hiring Associate Partner – Real Estate (8+ years PQE) and Senior Associate – Real Estate (4–8 years PQE) to join its office in Cyber City, Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title due diligence and property verifications.
- Draft, review, and negotiate conveyancing and transaction-related documents.
- Advise clients on land acquisition, property structuring, and related legal compliances.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members (for Associate Partner role).
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4–8 years of post-qualification experience for Senior Associate and 8+ years for Associate Partner in Real Estate law.
- Proven experience in preparing Title Search Reports (TSR) across multiple states, ideally including South India.
- Proficiency in land acquisition and private land purchase documentation.
- Expertise in drafting Sale, Lease, Partition, Relinquishment, and other conveyancing deeds.
- Strong familiarity with Real Estate and Family Laws.
- Prior exposure to clients in the Renewable Energy sector preferred.
