IPNeeti is hiring an Associate-Patent Drafting to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Associate will be responsible for drafting patent applications, conducting prior art searches, preparing office action responses, and managing patent portfolios.
- The role involves collaborating with inventors, technical experts, and legal professionals to ensure accurate and comprehensive patent documentation.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of Patent Drafting and Patent Prosecution.
- Experience in conducting Prior Art Searches and preparing Office Action Responses.
- Familiarity with managing Patent Portfolios.
- Excellent Analytical and Research skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with inventors, technical experts, and legal professionals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- A registered Patent Agent is preferred.
