Details of the Job/Internship

Chadha & Chadha is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with experience of Freshers to 3 years to join their offices in Hyderabad and Gurugram. This is an on-site role in the Patent Prosecution team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft patents.
• Handle patent prosecution matters.
• Conduct prior art analysis.
• Provide patent portfolio support.
• Conduct due diligence.
• Work closely with inventors, attorneys, and international associates.

Eligibility

• Law degree and qualified patent agent.
• Experience in patent drafting and prosecution in the Engineering or Science background (Software / Computer Science / Chemistry / Physics) domain.
• Experience in conducting due diligence.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Salary/Stipend
