Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in patent litigation.
- Conduct SEP and patentability assessments.
- Prosecute patent applications.
- Handle various patent-related matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, science).
- Experience in patent litigation and prosecution.
- Knowledge of patent law.
- Skills in conducting essentiality assessment.
- Experience in handling matters in telecommunications, electronics, or software.
