Details of the Job/Internship

Saikrishna & Associates is hiring an Associate – Patents with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting patent specifications.
• Drafting responses to Examination Reports/Office Actions.
• Conducting examiner interviews/oral hearings at the Patent Office.
• Conducting patentability searches.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in science or technology in the domain of Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication.
• Registered Indian Patent Agent.
• 2–3 years of professional working experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
