Details of the Job/Internship

Spectrum Legal is hiring an Associate-POSH advisory & inquiry to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves providing advisory and support services related to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) meetings at client locations, compliance, and inquiries.
• The Associate will work closely with clients to ensure legal requirements are met and provide guidance on POSH policies and procedures.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory. 
• Strong understanding of POSH law. 
• Experience in handling POSH-related advisory services and inquiries.
• Ability to conduct an inquiry. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant certification in POSH compliance is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
