Details of the Job/Internship
SheSR Consulting LLP is hiring an Associate – PoSH and Gender Equity to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and compliance of Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) policies.
- Conduct workplace diversity and inclusion training sessions.
- Provide guidance on gender equity initiatives and organizational solutions.
- Perform detailed research and data analysis to prepare insightful reports.
- Manage social media presence and assist in building internal systems for accountability.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance inclusion practices.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored organizational solutions based on research findings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Law, HR, Social Sciences, or Organizational Behavior.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Genuine passion for advancing gender equity and workplace safety.
- Previous experience in compliance or diversity initiatives is considered advantageous.
