Details of the Job/Internship
Argus Partners is hiring for the position of Associate- Practice Development with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Prepare detailed dossiers with insights and background on potential clients (details provided by Partners).
- Maintain and regularly update the Firm’s client database with relevant and accurate information.
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Create compelling and relevant content for the Firm’s social media platforms.
- Research current trends in legal industry marketing and apply best practices.
- Publish press releases, articles, and promotional content to showcase Firm achievements and capabilities.
- Plan and execute external campaigns, track their effectiveness, and optimize accordingly.
3. Events & Sponsorships
- Identify suitable sponsorship opportunities aligned with the Firm’s branding and positioning goals.
- Support planning and execution of Firm-hosted or sponsored events, seminars, and conferences.
- Assist in capturing feedback, evaluating event success, and maintaining post-event records.
4. Communication (Internal & External)
- Assist in developing and executing strategic communication plans for internal and external audiences.
- Ensure all marketing and communication materials align with the Firm’s brand identity and tone.
- Design and develop creatives for Firm announcements, festivals, greetings, and events.
5. Submissions & Rankings
- Support the preparation and submission of Firm entries to legal publications for rankings and recognition.
- Collaborate with Partners to collect and organize necessary data and insights for submissions.
Eligibility
- Education: Law graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Practice Development, Business Development, or Innovation teams at a law firm is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
- Creative Tools: Knowledge of Canva and similar design or marketing platforms is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong creativity with a flair for generating innovative communication ideas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with efficiency.
