Details of the Job/Internship
Sirion is hiring an Associate-Presales Legal – Demo Services with 1-3 years of experience to join their team in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Assist in legal analysis related to AI model usage and data privacy.
- Support internal process evaluations in the context of Generative AI outputs.
- Stay informed on laws, ethics, and compliance standards related to Generative AI.
- Conduct legal research on regulatory developments and legal precedents.
- Collaborate with business and tech teams on policy and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and statutory requirements.
- Help draft internal policies for data and AI use.
- Liaise with external legal advisors as necessary.
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university.
- 1-3 years of legal practice or in-house legal support experience.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and related risks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and provide actionable insights.
- Exposure to QA/QC processes.
