Details of the Job/Internship
Kanoon-e is hiring an Associate Principal to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle client consultations and provide strategic legal advice.
- Oversee case management to ensure timely resolution of matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and litigation.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver legal services and maintain client satisfaction.
Eligibility
- LL.B or equivalent degree with a valid licence to practise law in India.
- Strong expertise in legal advisory, dispute resolution, and divorce-related legal services.
- Thorough knowledge of property law, contract law, and RERA-related legal processes.
- Experience in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Proficiency in client consultation and case management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in family law, property law, and regulatory advisory services is advantageous.
