Details of the Job/Internship
The National Law School of India University is hiring an Associate Professor (Law) to join their campus in Bangalore on a permanent basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Teach and undertake academic duties across assigned law subjects.
- Contribute to research, publications and academic development.
- Maintain academic standards as prescribed under UGC Regulations.
- Participate in University-level academic processes and initiatives.
- Produce original documents at the time of joining.
Eligibility
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
- Relaxation of 5% for SC, ST and Differently-abled candidates.
- Relaxation of 5% for Ph.D. holders who completed their Master’s before 19 September 1991.
- Ph.D. in the relevant/concerned/allied discipline.
- Minimum eight years of teaching and/or research experience in an equivalent academic position.
- At least seven publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Minimum research score of 75 as per UGC Regulations, 2018.
- Qualifications must be from recognised institutions.
- Foreign nationals/OCI/NRI/PIO may apply, subject to visa approvals.
