Details of the Job/Internship
Lingaya's Vidyapeeth is hiring an Associate Professor or Professor of Law to join their faculty in Faridabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and intellectually stimulating lectures to law students.
- Develop, update, and refine course materials and lesson plans to stay current with legal developments.
- Conduct independent research and publish scholarly articles in UGC-CARE, Scopus, or peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic pursuits and specialized research projects.
- Contribute significantly to curriculum development and the introduction of new legal electives.
- Participate in academic committees, seminars, and faculty development programs.
- Represent the university at national and international legal conferences.
Eligibility
- Education: Ph.D. in Law is mandatory.
- Knowledge: Deep expertise in legal concepts, theories, and specialized branches of law (e.g., Constitutional, Corporate, or Criminal Law).
- Research: A strong portfolio of academic writing and publications in reputed journals.
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching at the UG/PG level. Candidates for 'Professor' must meet the requisite years of experience as per UGC norms.
- Communication: Outstanding presentation and collaboration skills for departmental activities.
