Details of the Job/Internship
Epiq is hiring an Associate Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience to join its Client Services Global Resourcing Team in Pune. The role involves assisting senior Client Services peers with project management coordination and execution for North America clients.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure client and project requirements are met with accuracy and quality.
- Convert client requirements into operational work requests and monitor progress.
- Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for intake.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues with delivered or hosted data.
- Handle review platforms (DMX or Relativity), including user requests, database management, layout creation, STRs, batch sets, and reporting.
- Provide matter-specific support such as privilege log generation, media tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor project budgets and obtain approvals for additional costs.
- Maintain continuity of client service through clear handoffs and updates.
- Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and deliverables.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Manage all aspects of a project from planning to final production, including project plans, client requirements, relationships, and financial/billing reviews.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum two years of consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery service provider, with total experience of 4–5 years.
- Hands-on experience with Relativity.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Client relationship management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to industry changes.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and occasionally on weekends.
