Details of the Job/Internship

LitLegal is hiring an Associate (Prosecution & Opposition Team) with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join its IP practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file trademark prosecution documents.
• Assist in preparing and managing opposition matters.
• Conduct research related to trademark laws and procedures.
• Support senior team members in client handling and case preparation.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines.

Eligibility

• PQE of 6 months to 1 year.
• Strong understanding of trademark prosecution and opposition procedures.
• Good drafting and research skills.
• Ability to handle trademark-related matters independently.

Salary/Stipend
