Details of the Job/Internship

G D Bansal & Associates is hiring Associates with at least 1 year of experience to join the Jaipur office. There are 2 positions for prosecution.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark searches and draft responses to Examination Reports.
• Represent clients in Show Cause Hearings before the Trademark Office.
• Draft legal documents including notices, oppositions, rectifications, counter-statements, and evidence submissions.
• Assist in prosecution-related matters as directed by senior counsel.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a BCI-recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Intellectual Property Rights.
• Strong understanding of IP and procedural laws.
• Excellent drafting, research, interpretation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary/Stipend
