Details of the Job/Internship
G D Bansal & Associates is hiring Associates for Prosecution and Litigation roles with at least 1 year of experience in Intellectual Property practice to join their office in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role involves handling prosecution and litigation matters relating to Trademarks, Copyrights, and Designs, including drafting, research, representation before authorities, and litigation support.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft letters, legal notices, Notices of Opposition, Rectifications, Counter-Statements, and Evidence submissions.
- Represent clients in Show Cause Hearings before the Trademark Office.
- Conduct trademark searches and draft responses to Examination Reports.
- Assist in prosecution-related matters as directed by senior counsel.
- Draft and file Writ Petitions, Replies, Written Submissions, and other pleadings.
- Conduct legal research on Intellectual Property laws and related statutes.
- Handle e-filing procedures before courts and tribunals.
- Provide litigation support and assist in other legal matters as assigned by senior counsel.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university approved by the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum 1 year PQE in IPR practice.
- Strong understanding of Intellectual Property and procedural laws.
- Excellent drafting, research, interpretation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
