Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys, is hiring an Associate (Real Estate Law) with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents such as facility agreements, gift deeds, and mortgage deeds.
• Conduct title search reports and title investigations.
• Draft and review loan-related agreements.
• Review RERA documents and ensure compliance.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare legal reports.
• Advise and assist in drafting agreements related to infrastructure financing.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills in handling complex legal issues.
• Read and write fluently in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Work efficiently under pressure.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate law.
• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
