Alba Law Offices is hiring an Associate-Real Estate with 3 years of experience in a law firm to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet property-related agreements including Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, Agreements to Sell, and Joint Development Agreements.
• Advise on stamp duty, property registration, and title-related matters.
• Conduct comprehensive title due diligence for land and built-up assets.
• Review ownership records, encumbrances, land use, approvals, and ongoing litigation.
• Prepare legal risk reports with actionable recommendations.

Eligibility

• 3 years of experience in a law firm.
• Joining: Immediate.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
