Dhaval Vussonji & Associates is hiring an Associate – Real Estate with 3–5 years of experience to join its team in Pune. The role involves handling real estate transactions and advisory work, with a focus on drafting, negotiation, title due diligence, land acquisition, and project documentation, along with managing client interactions independently.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling real estate transactions and advisory matters.
• Drafting and negotiating real estate and project-related documents.
• Conducting title due diligence and supporting land acquisition matters.
• Preparing and managing project documentation.
• Managing client interactions and handling matters independently.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate law.
• Experience in real estate transactions and advisory.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in title due diligence, land acquisition, and project documentation.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.

Salary/Stipend
