Details of the Job/Internship

M/s. Precept Legal, Advocates is hiring an Associate (Real Estate) with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review real estate transaction documents, including sale deeds, lease deeds, leave and license agreements, development agreements, and ancillary documents.
• Conduct title due diligence and prepare due diligence reports.
• Advise clients on real estate laws, regulatory compliances, and transaction structures.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in closing real estate transactions and handling post-closing compliances.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in non-litigation real estate work.
• Prior experience with a law firm, preferably in real estate practice.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters.

Salary/Stipend
