Details of the Job/Internship
Solomon & Co. is hiring an Associate – Real Estate with 1–5 years of experience to join its Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title due diligence, including review and analysis of title documents and land records.
- Interpret and analyse revenue records such as 7/12 extracts and property cards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, and leave and license agreements.
- Advise on property redevelopment matters, including structuring and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, Development Control Regulations, town planning laws, and other local regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, authorities, and internal teams for smooth transaction execution.
Eligibility
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate law.
- Experience in title due diligence and property transactions.
- Exposure to redevelopment work is preferred.
- Strong understanding of RERA, DCR, and town planning laws.
- Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
