Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join their Real Estate practice at the Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling acquisitions and sales.
• Conducting title due diligence.
• Working on developments and redevelopments.
• Managing PE and investment transactions, including diligence and documentation.
• Handling leasing and licensing matters.
• Executing real estate transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in real estate.
• Excellent proficiency in the Marathi language.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
