Details of the Job/Internship
thiru & thiru is hiring Senior Associate and Associate – Litigation with 3–5 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and notices.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and other forums as required.
- Assist in litigation strategy and case management.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and court officials.
- Support senior advocates in hearings and advisory work.
- Ensure timely filing and procedural compliance.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with enrollment to practice law in India.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Preferred: Exposure to civil, commercial, or corporate matters and ADR mechanisms.
- Reading and writing Kannada is an added advantage.
