Details of the Job/Internship
AMRG & Associates is hiring an Associate Researcher with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in New Delhi. The role focuses on technical research on UAE taxation laws and professional drafting of advisory documents and knowledge material.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and detailed research on UAE VAT law and executive regulations, UAE Corporate Tax law, Free Zone taxation rules, FTA guides, public clarifications, and cabinet decisions.
- Track and analyse new tax notifications, amendments, regulatory updates, and compliance changes.
- Prepare internal research notes and technical summaries for senior review.
- Draft professional documents including tax advisory opinions, technical memorandums, client responses, issue notes, presentations, research papers, and articles on UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Maintain and update internal repositories of tax research, precedents, and regulatory updates.
- Develop templates and standard formats for recurring advisory work.
Eligibility
- Postgraduate in Commerce or Law.
- Experience of 1–2 years in the relevant field.
- Excellent command of professional written English.
- Strong analytical and interpretational ability.
- Good understanding of tax laws, regulations, and interpretation of legal documents.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
